The app was not working for me, it was slow to load and not responding. I had to get a new phone and now I can't even find the app on the app store. I've had this less than a month and am frustrated that it's having this issue.

It won't accept a location to tell me how an area is doing with flu and COVID
I can download the Kinsa app on my iPhone, but it will not open. (The daisy icon just keeps whirling.) I tried turning the phone off and on but that did not help.
App won’t stop spinning. Thermometer works fine, but can’t record it.
