The SOLE Visa Payroll Card is issued by Axiom Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
SOLE® Payroll Card is SOLE Financial's newest app, available to SOLE Visa® Payroll Card customers with a card beginning in 4907.
If your card starts with 4326 or 4302, search for and download 'SOLE Paycard' app instead.
IMPORTANT: This app works with card numbers that start with 4907.
You will need to set up a new account (new username and password) for the mobile app, even if you've already created an account on the website.

Really insanely Mad
New update
New update turned off all my online order transactions including my phone bill , I highly recommend not using this Sole Card it’s a High Scam I lost $1.75 in one day and I didn’t even use the card , then went to transactions it told it was from Wendy’s but I can’t even buy anything for 50 cents there Sole card Creators are Scammers !

I cannot believe you would send me a low balance text notification at 2:00 in the morning on a week day! That is why I am awake now.
Plus, your customer service over the phone ( phone system period ) is awful.

SOLEPayrollCard made for new cards isn’t good at all. I just got this card and it won’t even let me login to my account on SOLEPayrollCard lol it just stays loading but the website works fine please fix SOLEPayrollCard.

Don’t waste your time
SOLEPayrollCard is horrible. We had it for 6 months and only been able to log in once. Then none of our transactions are on here. Getting a new card with a different company

I just got the card and tried to make a purchase to see if it worked and it didn’t allow it to go through on any site, also SOLEPayrollCard does not work at all.

Why?
Why did you have to make a new app only for the new cards? Logging in is garbage and took me several days to finally get in. There is no option to transfer money, no tax report options like the old app, and the help/tutorial section isn’t even set up yet so it just says 404 page not found. Going to get an actual bank account ASAP so i don’t have to deal with this garbage.
Also that single 5-star review is obviously fake you guys aren’t fooling anyone

Pure Trash
If your unlucky enough to have your employer pay you via this system, you’ve got to suffer more. Their whole system is a scam to try and make you spend money in slightly incorrect ways so they can fee you. SOLEPayrollCard doesn’t work at all, made an account on their website and it has been a month and my account still doesn’t register in their apps system. Literal Trash.

I love that if I misplace my card, I can just go in SOLEPayrollCard to “suspend” it. If I find it then I can unsuspend it. No need to call customer service.

If your employer gave you this card I suggest you throw it away and make your own depositing account at a bank because you’ll get so many problems with this card it’s basically a scam each time you make a purchase with it they fee you

If you can’t sign in delete SOLEPayrollCard off your phone go to the website then click download app then re download it then try it that way rather than going straight to your App Store. SOLEPayrollCard still a piece of Sht tho
