Does it bring all your data into one cosmos? Probably. Does it edit all slick and colorful like the execs love? No doubt it does whatever it says it will do. I downloaded and quickly read the agreements. There is NO way on Gods green earth I could push company data I DONT own into SharePlus with an agreement that signs away NIST defined CUI, trade secrets, financial analysis, company contact info, as well the first born of every board members grandchild. What concerns me more than this app’ lack of judgment with this agreement, if self described IT professionals have put their company data here where this app states they will use it anyway they want, and if it isnt your data to share, too bad so sad - they dont care.
this app, please tell me I have this wrong, that I have misunderstood the agreements..

Until I started using SharePlus I really looked at SharePoint as a view only tool for my iPad and my iPhone. I couldn't edit documents or save anything locally, just view docs, not to mention that it would take me 5 zooms and 10 taps to actually open the file I wanted to view. Most times I would just give up and wait until I got back to the office. Then I got ahold of SharePlus.

The user experience is so intuitive and it's very easy to use in a touch environment. I can edit all of my docs, save them locally if I need to and also work offline after I sync the files I want access to. This is such a great feature for when I'm traveling. I can write up all my meeting reports for my manager during my flights, have them autosync when I land and actually relax when I get home. There's also this really slick WiFi sharing feature for creating a temporary URL where you can share docs with others that really takes care of the no USB issue with iPads.

Long story short this app = A+

I'm a full time SharePoint developer and I've been using the "Lite" version of SharePlus for a while. I needed the ability to upload docs to SharePoint, so I purchased this version. At first, I was upset because after installing, SharePlus wasn't listed in any of my apps through the "Open In…" menu. I contact support and within a couple of hours they helped me through it. As it turns out, it wasn't an issue with SharePlus at all, but a known iOS issue. We resolved the issue and I'm very happy with the prompt support!

So far, I've been able to connect and use SharePoint 2007 and 2010 sites. I was also able to work with an Office 365 site. If you work in SharePoint, you should use SharePlus. It really makes SharePoint as easy to use as a service like Dropbox.

After rushing to get the iPad, loading up Pages, Keynote, and Numbers, I looked for a way to access my existing SharePoint sites from the office to avoid carrying my laptop around on trips. I stumbled into the first version of this app, spent the $9 bucks and looked forward to the features and benefits listed in the description. BZZZZ, didn't work! I could make the connection to my SharePoint, see the documents, but when I clicked to open, only a gray screen would appear. Oh well, I thought, $9 bucks tossed.

Last night I loaded the update for kicks. IT WORKS GREAT! Whew! Connected via my VPN and accessed the sites I have permissions to with no problems. Opened Word, Excel and PDF's with no problem. Performance was even impressive! (Try that through Safari and it is SLOOOOWWWW!!).

Next I gave the offline mode a try. Holy cow, that is great! I just returned from a trip where I only accessed my SharePoint thru Safari. OK, but painfully slow. This offline mode will be HUGE for me on trips.

There's more opportunity for enhancements, for sure, but I'm not one to get what I was promised, then ask for more in the same handshake. I'll send some suggestions to the dev team later... after I leverage this for a few days!

I'm a systems engineer and we use sharepoint 2010 as a knowledge base. When onsite at a client's place, SharePlus makes it so convenient to look up pertinent information. I used to have to get on a pc but using my phone is much faster. The pages open way faster because you're browsing folders.
You can also mark folders AND single documents as favorites and get to them in a single click next time.
I wish it were easier to upload certain documents and I wish it had a built in Visio reader. It should have a notepad app to save notes to a folder instead of having to use another app, save it to SharePlus, then upload to the folder.
All in all a 4 out of 5. I use it multiple times a day.

Like anything it still needs a few tweaks.
They recently did a calendar view overhaul, majorly huge improvement over the old calendar. That brought you up to 4 stars instead of 3, in my book. Excellent work guys.
Survey questions do not display in full, unless they are very short questions. HTML fields display the HTML tags instead of the data, so it looks very odd. Need to follow show and hide on navigation page. From a web browser my Sharepoint navigation is very clean. But when viewed in this app the left hand navigation show all the lists and folders even when not desired. Addressing these items would get the 5th star for me.

SharePlus does what is advertised. It gives you access to your SharePoint sites. It is a must-have if you have a large number of documents in SharePoint. I am an IT guy and often get called on an issue where I need access to diagrams, phone lists, etc. This gives me the ability to get those documents very quickly. I also use it for many meetings that I attend that are driven by SharePoint. The support is stellar and the guys behind SharePlus are definitely committed to its success.

I would like to see the ability to tie one logon to multiple sites.

I travel quite often and need to access the corporate SharePoint when on the road or in the air. SharePlus makes this a snap. No more lugging around a heavy laptop... The Offline Sync allows excellent ability to work disconnected.

Being able to pull down presentations from the SharePoint, syncing and then presenting from the iPad saves me time and makes a good impression with clients.

The quality of SharePlus shows through and through. The right features to get work done quickly with excellent usability. Little things like color coded file sync status indicators show an attention to detail not found in most apps.

I started off with the Lite version and quickly decided to purchase the Pro version as it provided additional features to speed my work. Well worth the money.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed an app. I noticed that no one had reviewed this yet. We don't use Sharepoint to its full potential by any stretch but SharePlus keeps up with all the latest versions and is ahead of our needs at every turn. It is amazing. I have tried a few other SP apps and they don't even come close to the features and interface of this one. I actually have two versions of sharepoint that I use for two different companies SharePlus easily switches between them.

The issue I am having seems to be limited to the Subscription of Office365 I have. It is the (P) Subscription, which I believe is the personal version. I have tested App on (Enterprise) Subscriptions of Office 365, and it works well. I believe the issue is SharePlus needs an SSL cert associated (https:) address, whereas the (P) subscription does not provide this. Would have been nice to have known this limitation before spending $15 on SharePlus, but glad I could help troubleshoot this before anyone else with a similar Office 365 subscription has an issue.

Overall, it's been a gem of an app. The offline capability is really exciting. Yes, a few bugs. And missing custom views for some things I need (discussion groups in particular). However, I e-mailed to inquire from developer and received near immediate response that new updates was submitted to store and that the features I wanted will arrive in version 1.7 or 2.0. I've got all the other iphone sharepoint apps but this app has my current vote for front runner and thus far the only good Ipad choice.

An update to my previous review which was quite negative, the developer was persistent in working with me to develop a solution to my Office 365 issues. As an Office 365 Cloud Champion Partner, I'm happy to recommend SharePlus to my clients and others looking for a very convenient and powerful tool for accessing their SharePoint Online sites quickly, easily, and even offline.

My issues with not being being able to see the Office 365 site as advertised were fixed by pointing the setup URL for my site with an https: This was a quick and easy fix.

I was looking for a app to gain access to my sharepoint site on iPad and take those docs with me on road. SharePlus makes all that possible for a small cost and more over let me customize it according to my taste like name, icons..etc. The team is extremely responsive and always reply to your query very fast even on the weekend. With added PDF annotation now I can go green to all meetings and upload my annotated meeting notes to my SP site.

Glad to see tools like this making their way to Apple products. I just added two new issues to our SharePoint site after downloading this, and it worked great. We're using SharePoint for a $100m DHS proposal, and I'm happy I now have a tool I can use for quick reviews from my iPad.

Displayed all documents easily, the only issue encountered was a few bullets changed it a PPT presentation, but that's probably more due to ios software than this product.

I am not a "power user" but for simply accessing, viewing, adding to, and editing our Sharepoint calendar and contacts lists, it works great! The offline sync is handy when I am in the metro. Favorites is perfect - let's me see the main lists that I use the most. I have tried several others and this is the best - all the others either did not have offline sync or visual calendar or no favorites. This one has it all!

It's good but I'd like to see better support for fields that are hyperlinked in the full version carry thru to these views. Instead of just showing me the doc name, link to it. Also needs better attachment support like for opening attached emails. Issue lists should display comments with dates just as the full site does. Overall a good app and it is very useful when you need to add something critical to your site when you are on the go. Worth the money.

The ability to access your SharePoint and a variety of other files providers gives you a powerful tool to access your necessary data on the move.
Integration with the ReportPlus gives SharePlus an efficient powerful feature of visualizing my data into professional dashboards that would fit my enterprise needs.

The latest global search feature is really awesome.

Had a small hiccup with my iPhone when uploading photos. Between my site admin and the support personnel, we were able to resolve my issues. They didn't give up on my problem and stayed in constant contact until resolved. I love the mobility of SharePlus and use it from my iPhone 4 to constantly upload photos from the field to my sharepoint host site and to share documents while on the fly.

Wanted to use this for editing and using files from libreoffice such as ods and odt files

I am new to the ap but so far quite impressed. We use an extensive number of team discussions to keep our engineering people moving with product decisions.. When I was on the road I could not post to the discussions without getting out the PC. I can easily post to discussion now and add pictures and attachments. I also can go to my blog and write blog entries from anywhere.. I had some trouble with offline status and with mysites but it turned out the problem was between the operators ears and covered in the manual. I have contacted tech support twice and gotten immedate answers both times that got me going. Takes Sharepoint to a whole new level!
