Frustrating user experience: the app is buggy

I've been using the Nordea ID app for a while now, and I'm extremely disappointed with its performance, especially after the recent iOS update.
NordeaID stopped to function properly and recommended reactivation via snail mail for banking codes. As a result, I'm locked out of accessing my own bank account, which is a major inconvenience. The lack of timely and efficient user support (they work only during daytime) adds to the overall inconvenience. I hope these issues are resolved soon, as NordeaID's current state is simply unacceptable.

Miksi äpin face id One mennyt umpeen???? Sen pitäisi olla päällä koko ajan, koska puhelin on itse lukittuna aina. Nyt en onnistu menemään tilille ja maksamaan laskua, kun ei muut toiminnot TOIMI. Taidan vaihtaa pankkia.

My computer screen says open codes app but it’s already open from yesterday and I can’t seem to log out of it. So I can’t log back into my account today since the codes app is not asking for my PIN again. This is really bad you guys.

NordeaID is a very good alternative to the paper codes and makes life so much easier. However, it should be able to switch back to the bank app automatically!

Follow all steps, but app just stuck on "Ready to use". Will not give codes for me to use. So useless!!

Love the usability, should've created this way earlier!! Possibility to add TouchID instead of PIN would be nice. And an option for a longer PIN would be useful too
