Frustrating user experience: the app is buggy

I've been using the Nordea ID app for a while now, and I'm extremely disappointed with its performance, especially after the recent iOS update.
The app stopped to function properly and recommended reactivation via snail mail for banking codes. As a result, I'm locked out of accessing my own bank account, which is a major inconvenience. The lack of timely and efficient user support (they work only during daytime) adds to the overall inconvenience. I hope these issues are resolved soon, as this app's current state is simply unacceptable.

My computer screen says open codes app but it’s already open from yesterday and I can’t seem to log out of it. So I can’t log back into my account today since the codes app is not asking for my PIN again. This is really bad you guys.
