When I talk on video chat session on my iPad connection with therapist would lag or go to black screen or drop and I know my Wi-Fi is good why it keeps happening.

The app keeps freezing when I go to do my journals and its highly discouraging and counterproductive to the whole point of the app...

Every time I go to the schedule tab on either the app or website page it crashes. I cannot book a session with my therapist because of this. If I can't use the service then it was a complete waste of money...

When I tried to book a group session, the page reloads after a couple of seconds and I need to be really quick in selecting something. I have had this problems since Wednesday/Thursday last week.

The app video sound doesn't work, and both the app and chrome messaging reloads and jumps to the latest message when I'm trying to read messages. Very difficult!

I cannot load the app. I've been trying for a long time.

Unable to connect error code 504

The site appears to be down. I have been a therapist on BH for over a year and have only had this happen for more than a few minutes just one other time. Clients will understand and therapist will reschedule or try to make up if they can and we will carry on. BH will extend the subscription of every client affected and all will be well. I love BH they have been an incredible resources. Happy Mental Health Awareness Month :D

I am a therapist on BH, have been attempting to login for a scheduled session...to no avail. Was able to login @ 10AM, not for my 11Am session. Receiving a "504 Gateway time out" error message. This has never happened before. I have tried logging in via phone and PC. There must be an issue with the BH servers. Leaving this message here in case it helps any users currently frustrated.....

Is the site down? It would just be nice to know.. also a timeframe of when it will be fixed?

It’s my first day that they finally matched me to a therapist and as soon as I open app or even the mobile internet it is not working! Says there is a error ?

My session would not load. Then I closed the app to reopen, and now the app won’t load. Total crap to happen right as my session was about to start

Bluetooth headphones don't work. Sound comes from phone and not headset
