Not working properly since updated in last week. Occasionally lets me in but when it does I have to remind it that I already have an account. I complained last week and then it kind of worked for a day or so. Now, I get the check in reminder but when I try to get in that little round circle just spins and sounds. A couple of days ago in App Store it showed “update” and I eventually got in. But now in App Store, I get nothing but the little circle spinning. I used to love this app. Now it’s adding stress. I bet I’ve been using it around 4 years. Really disappointed

How to fix Youper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Youper app on iPhone
Update Youper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Youper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Youper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Youper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Youper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Youper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Youper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Youper » click [Force Stop]

Update Youper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Youper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Youper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Youper.

Fix Youper unable to contact server/ Youper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Youper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Youper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Youper
