How to fix Mindset app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mindset app on iPhone
Update Mindset app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mindset iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mindset on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mindset network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mindset Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mindset not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mindset App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mindset » click [Force Stop]

Update Mindset to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mindset App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mindset » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mindset.

Fix Mindset unable to contact server/ Mindset internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mindset » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mindset » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
