How to fix Talkspace app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Talkspace app on iPhone
Update Talkspace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Talkspace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Talkspace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Talkspace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Talkspace Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Talkspace not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Talkspace App
1. On android, goto Settings » Talkspace » click [Force Stop]

Update Talkspace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Talkspace App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Talkspace » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Talkspace.

Fix Talkspace unable to contact server/ Talkspace internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Talkspace » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Talkspace » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
