I am having problems with charm pass app as it will no longer let me buy a 31 day reduced fare mobility pass. Don't know why this has happened been buying my passes for years now,
I recently had to reset my iPhone and cannot access my charmpass app through Apple store. How can I show proof that I’ve purchased my weekly fare?
