- Different from activating the tickets

- Expiration date on tickets

- App won't stay open to show ticket

- Touch ID no longer works

- Instructions for activating tickets are not clear

- Tickets are good for only a few minutes after activation

- App tries to check an online server before it will open and will frequently hang

I am having problems with charm pass app as it will no longer let me buy a 31 day reduced fare mobility pass. Don't know why this has happened been buying my passes for years now,
