cannot sign into app
It is not detecting my gym Planet Fitness
Have not been able to log activity for past 2 days. Please advise
I bought a new Samsung S23+ and the Rally app was not working so I went back to my S10 and it is no longer working there either. I initially was receiving an error that I was already logged in and I was unable to do anything with it (same issue posted 1 month ago). Now it appears it has redirected me to the "website" vs app. I am logged on but cannot find where to check in for points to get my monthly gym membership reimbursement. I am logged on my laptop and the screen appears the same as the phone--changed since Friday and I'm not sure how to log my activities. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app since it was brought over to the new phone. I also tried suggestions below.
The Rally app on my Android phone is not logging in. The login screen comes up and I put in the username / password and it comes back with a screen that indicates I'm already logged in. I click on "continue" and it goes right back to the login screen. I have tried clearing cache & data, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. Nothing seems to work. Is there a know issue with Rally login at this time? I am able to log into my Rally account on a Windows Desktop via the chrome browser.
