We have participated into other programs through other insurance companies. This is the least motivating and the most stressful program. It doesn’t always track what activity we do even though the app is attached to our fitbits. Poor instruction leads to more work and less outcomes. The only activities allowed to decrease insurance premiums is walking -which is already a health habit in our lives. I received the reward after 15 miles whereas my husband chose a different “ walking course” and only received half the reward after 32 miles. It makes no sense. You aren’t allowed to stop the walking program once started so he had to complete double the work for half the reward. The prizes (% off from movie tickets) are useless for people with money and insulting for those trying to make ends meet. The customer support is blaming and have yet to answer a question directly I guess because their training mimicked this awful program. Also I suspect people are using the no-heat dryer trick with their pedometers because some people have a ridiculous amount of steps.

All the recent 1 star reviews are factually accurate - the UI refresh is bad. Want to do a “City Walk Milestone”? Click on Activities and then... Browse Activities and then... Exercise? Group Challenges? It’s buried and nowhere does it even say “City Walk” except in the Reward section. But not only is the UI redesign bad, it’s also full of defects. I click on the first “Group Challenge” called Hollywood Hustle and it says “Details: 30 Miles -16 Days” - what does negative days mean?? So I join London Lunge which says “5 miles 3 days” I hit the 5 miles and sometimes the “Milestones ring” shows it’s at max reward and sometimes not. I think maybe it’s 7 miles? It’s not obvious. I hit 7 and it consistently shows the Milestones ring all green. It ends. No reward. Now it shows the Milestones ring as not full. Must have been 9 miles? Who knows.
Hey Dev Team - how could this release have gone better? Did you spend enough time on unit & integration testing? Maybe UAT so you got this feedback sooner?

In the app itself there is a screen for submitting feedback. Once I wrote my feedback it gave me an error message that said I couldn’t use two Special characters in a row. Bear that in mind as you read what I wrote:
“ I just really hate Rally. The app is, year after year, difficult to navigate and use. Some links pop open into a new window where I have to set up info before doing whatever it is I needed it for, and it’s even more difficult to find something I’m looking for. I just got my biometric screening results back and I have yet to find the results on this app (thank goodness the company that does it sends paper results in the mail). I just hate it. Altogether it’s just way too complicated while appearing streamlined and easy to use. Even submitting this feedback I’m getting an error message about using “special characters”. I’m pretty sure the most exotic characters I’ve used thus far are parentheses. What on earth. I just really, really hate this app.”
Additionally, when I came to the iTunes Store to review this horrible app here is the text that was automatically supplied for me:
“Extremely easy to use. Helped me to get more motivated about missions and challenges. I would highly recommend this app.”
Are you kidding me? That is the polar antithesis of how I and everyone I know feels about this app.
