Says I have an existing account, even though I’ve never signed up. When I try to do a password reset, the password reset email does not come through.
When logging food the screen blinks and says error, try again later.
I have a new phone and when I try to log into the app I keep getting an error message.
App keeps crashing when trying to build recipes, and it keeps disconnecting from my FitBit. After that happens, I get an "X http"
Will not stay on correct date. If it doesn't get fixed soon, I'm going to have to cancel and find a new app..

I used the free app for quite awhile and it worked very good but soon after I got the premium app it hasn't worked right since. If I enter my food for a day it will not move to the next day. I entered yesterday and it is still on yesterday so can't enter anything today. Very frustrating. If you can't fix it I will not be renewing my membership
I updated the Healthi app and have been trying to login and it continues to tell me there is an error and it was working fine before the update. Help!

When trying to open the app, it makes me log in and then it gives a failed error message and keeps shutting down. I've restarted my phone and have tried both on and off WiFi and still nothing.

I keep getting Internal Server Error when trying to create a recipe.
I am trying to choose my plan. The buttons to choose the plan are at the bottom of my iPhone 8. I cannot click them. As a result, I cannot move further in the app. If you move the buttons up, I can select them.
