All of my calls incoming and outgoing break up
I am unable to turn on my Softphone button for "call using" so that I can use softphone instead of desktop. How do I get this to work? It is not giving me the option to turn back on and instead said "shutting down" under the button.
I am very frustrated that I have to type this all out again when your website routed me to a service where I explained this already and after I took the time to answer all of their questions, it informed me I have to pay for tech support. Not cool. App is routing me through circles. I place a call, my personal cell rings. If I don't pick up nothing happens. If I do pick up, both my native cell and the app are acting as the outgoing device. There is a major echo, a lag, and I can hardly hear the person I attempted to call, though they can hear me. I have tried to run an update, closed/reopened, and adjusted the settings to try all three options for placing the call (desk phone, native phone, and mobile). Nothing works. I need a way to reliably place phone calls with your product.
