Shocked At The Negative Reviews!

I’ve been with this app for over a year. Yes, cancellations happen. That’s expected with agency. I’ve had times where I’ve shown up to my shift and not needed BUT you get paid for 3 hours! AND have to option to pick up at another place for the same shift. Those people that are complaining about being penalized for canceling, Would you do that at a permanent job? Pick up then cancel? You need to be reliable! Yes, majority of these places we go to are pretty bad and short staffed, BUT why do you think they need Agency? If you picked up a shift, you committed to it. Period. If you cancel, you WILL get penalized and moved down a level but not until the 3RD cancellation. Don’t work for them if you are unreliable and flakey. Go get a permanent job and be flakey and see what happens. This company is great and the pay is great! Yes I’ve gone to some horrible places, but I complete my shift! If I never want to go back to that horrendous facility. I don’t have to. Grow up and be responsible adults. If there wasn’t a penalty for cancelling, I could only imagine the reputation this agency would have. I’ve been a nurse for 6 years and have NEVER called off. I get it, things happen. But get your priorities straight. This Is an AWESOME company to work for. Don’t listen to these negative reviews. Try it for yourself if you are a dependable caring human being.

High cancellation and low compensation

The concept of being able to pick up shifts and choose your own schedule was what attracted me to this app but they allow the facilities to cancel whenever they want. They tell you that they pay for 3 hours if you get canceled within 2 hours of the shift. But that’s not enough compensation for completely wasting your day. If you pick up 5 shifts expect at least 3 will be canceled. I’ve showed up to facilities at 6:45 and was told I’m canceled after waking up at 5am and driving 45minutes and it happens frequently because this app allows it. But don’t you dare cancel a shift they will lower your level. So everyone starts at silver, you have to work 30 shifts to get to a higher level but it won’t happen because your shifts will get canceled.

Can’t get any answers

I don’t know if it’s IntelyCare or the this app customer service. I email, I call , I email , I call….still in the same boat. Can’t pick up shifts, can’t put my direct deposit info in, up load needed credentials that are current and the shifts are still locked saying I need to upload same credential that I uploaded was reviewed and approved. No words to describe the aggravation. Here I am available , I see shifts, know for a fact that a nursing home that I can’t seem to pick up the shift for, because of IntelyCare, has 1 nurses aide trying to care for 20+ people, with whatever help the nurses can provide but they also have there own duties to perform.

Horrible

Having 6 years of Nursing assistant experience and graduating nursing school in 2 months means absolutely nothing unless you have worked while having a license for 6 months. I’ve had the license for 2 months and even have a bachelors degree and associates but can’t pick up a shift? On top of that the interviewer doesn’t care and hangs up since you don’t have it for the 6 months. It’s all about numbers and not true experience. I am way more than qualified than the job, as this was supposed to be a side job for extra money. Very disappointed. This had the potential to be great. Also - it takes 3 weeks just to “interview”

Don’t waste your time.

I submitted all my documents two weeks ago and I could see on their app where each one was approved. After no communication for the next step I tried calling to see what the delay was but was unable to reach anyone. I then emailed them and they responded with my nursing license was rejected and to submit it again. I been a nurse 16 years and never had my license rejected! I responded and said their app showed it approved, they responded back and said unfortunately IntelyCare was wrong. Ok…if you’re not going to communicate and your app doesn’t work I’m definitely not going to trust you to get paid!

Updates.

When I first started working with Intely, they proposed the new look for the company.
I loved the concept, and theme, and IntelyCare was well organized with details and such.
It is the updates I haven’t been liking too much. They’ve made it a little more complicated to filter places, also in the pay tab it used to show how much you were getting for that shift exactly and now it’s gone and just states “will be paid” instead of an amount.
Dislike the updates, but still like IntelyCare .

App not so great

The company is good but IntelyCare is not updating the information it needs to activate my account. I have worked in the past with this app and have good results but IntelyCare alone is lacking necessities to get started picking up shifts. I’m supposed to have IntelyCare offer me the I9 form and since it hasn’t I can not be activated as of yet. Although all of my personal information and licenses have been verified. I’m being told it’s a tech issue and have been waiting for 2 weeks to get it resolved and still nothing...

Love it here

Honestly, I love Intely Care. It has to be the best agency on the market. When I work with other agency aides I compare our pay and it’s always more with Intely. The customer service is reliable, there’s never been an issue because the service tea, handles all manners in a speedy and appropriate manner. I’m thankful for this job!

App is ridiculous

Been a nurse for 12 yrs worked for several agencies. I soent an hour trying to upload a selfie in their app then they rejected it because my chin was cut off…well then allow people to upload one! Turned in a tb form they keep saying wasn’t completed yet Ive been using the form for all my jobs since January of this year. IntelyCare made the onboarding process way harder than it needed to be. I just told them to close my application. Not gonna fight with an app when there are PLENTY of agencies hiring.

Medical professional

I’m very disappointed as of late with this app. I have to contact the office for some reason before picking up shifts. Of course no one ever answers. Always getting a message saying “experiencing higher than normal call volume….” at any time of day or night!! No shifts around me, though other agencies have some. I’m a PLATINUM member and it’s not any different than other levels.

Unprofessional

I thought it was very unprofessional that I would receive a call and when I said hello my phone dropped the call, immediately after the phone hung up I received a email saying that they decided not to go through with my application. Any person knows that cell phones drops calls. The PROFESSIONAL thing to have done was to call the person back just to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAl and tasteless.

Garbage TO SAY THEE LEAST

Never have I ever completed an application for an app to be an independent contracted CNA and was told they are unable to process my application! 2nd I get an txt saying login IntelyCare to pick up shifts! Click the link….another message is up (application unable to be process). Shiftkey and Gale does not reject applicants! My sister even confirmed that she didn’t go through the same process when she downloaded IntelyCare

Meh

Pay rates are nice, I’d love to actually get my “daily pay” but IntelyCare is horrific. Every time I try to check into my shift it never allows the staff member to submit their signature. I have a job, but use this for the daily pay feature when I have an upcoming expense to make some money before payday and I can’t even get my pay until the following Friday. There’s no point.

Love the company/ Disliking the app

The company is great to work for and I love the concept of IntelyCare . It’s why I first applied but somehow after multiple updates it began to constantly crash. I can’t upload any new documents with IntelyCare crashing on me. I logged in and out, deleted and re downloaded it. Nothing fixes it.

Inteleycare is great!

I’ve been able to pick up shifts at facilities near me from an app on my phone. It’s a convenient way to make great money!

Decent pay and more then enough shifts. I don’t get how ppl complain about being cancelled. It’s agency. It happens. Not to mention, they app tell you if the facility has a low, moderate or high cancellation rate. Also you pick and choose where you want to work. Never rely on agency to be your sole source of income unless you work at multiple agencies which I’ll highly recommend.

Bad system

They cancel you at the last minute. If you claim 7 shifts in a week, they are guaranteed to cancel 6 if not all 7. If for some you need to cancel, even if you give a weeks notice they punish you. If you are a grown person with real bills and responsibilities don’t count them. You will lose it all!!!

Very unprofessional staffing agency

I’ve worked for so many health care agencies but this app is the worst of all. Matter of fact I’ve never seen group of unprofessional, rude and very nasty employer before. You need learn how to treat humans better. We are the ones making you stay in business. Is a shame the way you treat your nursing staff! Is very dehumanizing!!!

Buggy, but does the job.

I am reviewing IntelyCare , not the company (whom is amazing to work for). IntelyCare is intuitive and sleek but will often act ‘buggy’ and duplicate available shifts or only show shifts for the next two days. This is often mended by simply resetting the filter, but this obviously destroys whatever filter setting you might have. I would like to see the addition of the ability to review a particular place, but only after you have worked there at least once. I often rely on my own research to decide on where to choose to work so it would be nice to know the pros and cons of each place beforehand.

I would only use them for a 2nd job. They wanna send u to places far out. And they cancel you last minute. They lost my paychecks for a whole month. Stopped picking up here.
