So far I have been using FastaffTravelNursing for a few of weeks and I have yet to receive a call from a recruiter

Things change; In fact, as a Travel Nurse, change is the ONLY constant! Your app won’t let me change my address, or amend my work history, or even update my contact phone information. Not at all user friendly!

Won’t let you upload work history

It is clunky, loads slowly, but once loaded the pages load well. The assignments posted are new and old and not laid out in a way that you can easily see the dates. No filter for the dates, would be better if it were just active contacts. No filter for day and night.
The static information is the same as the website, which is seldom updated. There are at least 5 request entries for my ACLS, which they have.
Not worth the download, it would be great if they fixed the issues.

Unusable. Stick to their website which is also questionable at times.

So 2 years after my initial review, I finally get a response. Some changes have occurred but not the ones we’ve asked for! We STILL can’t delete the notifications. The jobs are NOT updated and congruent to the website. There’s a job listed from August 2020. Please fix these minor changes to make FastaffTravelNursing useful to us Travel Nurses who might want to take assignment via the company.

I wish I could like FastaffTravelNursing!! I really wish I could. As a Registered Nurse who has travelled with Fastaff (x2 assignments), I wish FastaffTravelNursing was congruent with the web.

FastaffTravelNursing tells me that my profile is partially complete when I KNOW the portion that it’s asking about has already been filed!! I also wish there was a delete all button for notifications. I hate the fact that there are a million notifications about “Jobs For Me” that takes me to the SAME list. Just let me delete them already, especially if I viewed the selection.

Please fix these, have better job availabilities and maybe FastaffTravelNursing would be more user friendly 🙏🏾

I have moved since I first signed up with Faststaff. Well I cannot change my address nor can I edit my work information. That makes FastaffTravelNursing very lousy. I passed this information on to a recruiter who said they would fix things. But nothing has changed.
Is this what I should expect from the company?

Doesn’t allow you to save more than one document at a time, then forgets all documents after you leave the page. Frustrating.

I’ve tried signing up with the company, and tried to apply for various assignments, and it says a recruiter would contact me shortly, but nobody ever does even to say if my applications are denied. Just left alone in the silence.

Need the ability to upload documents instead of only scanning them.

There is a lot of outdated assignments on FastaffTravelNursing. Also, there is no filter link to customize Profession and jobs of interest.

Your upload function doesn’t work.. really delaying the process of applying..

This section doesn’t sync to FastaffTravelNursing from the website account. FastaffTravelNursing also doesn’t seem to save employment history that is entered.

Tried to upload docs on wifi and LTE and app is slow regardless of network or location, then when it finally is done “thinking” it says upload failed….more than a bit frustrating. My alternative is to call and be placed on lengthy holds while waiting to contact someone who I can just email my docs to which would be faster and more convienient at this point.

I really don’t like the notifications section limitations. You can’t review multiple notifications at once nor delete any notifications at all.
Don’t like the documents section telling me I have deleted documents even after I have already provided new, updated documents. So one section shows my BLS is expired at the same time another section shows I hav current BLS and Fastaff has already reviewed and approved the new document.

Slow to load pages both on wifi and 5G. Hopefully a patch is in the works.

So easy to find and apply for jobs!

Convenient

FastaffTravelNursing has some serious flaws and is
not easy to maneuver and navigate.
I had to call tech support!
