The 3M Mobile Microphone is a mobile application that allows clinicians to
dictate using the 3M Fluency Direct Desktop Application without the need for a
physical microphone attached to the PC. Once the mobile application is paired
onetime with a 3M Fluency Direct User ID, the user of the application can
dictate using 3M Fluency Direct running on any physical desktop or virtual
device without a need for docking, Bluetooth or p.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent 3M app issues:

Force Stop the 3M App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click 3M app. » click "Force Stop".

Update 3M to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 3M App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "3M app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch 3M.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click 3M » "Force Stop".
