- App force closes at times that can cost opportunities

- Limit of characters in chat should be increased by 20% and chat should not be wiped after 50 lines

- Character packs purchased with crystals are disliked

- Difficulty finding fair fights in higher levels of squad and flight arenas

- Lowered chances of getting shards for characters

- No global chat and difficulty finding active guilds and players around the same level

- Need to spend money on gems or packs to unlock and use certain units for events and ship battles

- Capital Games has become greedy and deliberately made the grind worse by adding more relic levels

- Great characters have been made weaker and galactic legends are difficult to obtain without spending a lot of money.

To resolve Star Wars network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Star Wars App
1. On android, goto Settings » Star Wars » click [Force Stop]

Clear Star Wars App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Star Wars » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Star Wars.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Star Wars » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Star Wars » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Star Wars
