- Limit of characters in chat should be increased by 20% and chat should not be wiped after 50 lines

- Character packs purchased with crystals are disliked

- Difficulty finding fair fights in higher levels of squad and flight arenas

- Lowered chances of getting shards for characters

- No global chat and difficulty finding active guilds and players around the same level

- Need to spend money on gems or packs to unlock and use certain units for events and ship battles

- Capital Games has become greedy and deliberately made the grind worse by adding more relic levels
