Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bravura One app issues:

Force Stop the Bravura One App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bravura One app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bravura One to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bravura One App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bravura One app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bravura One.
