The App is frozen. Cannot place order!
My screen is frozen on Instacart on my order at Shop n Save
On the Instacart shopper app, it is not allowing me to offer customer a replacement nor give a refund. Screen freezes after prompts to chat with customer.
On app it will not allow me to offer customer a replacement when an item is out of stock. It also won't let me refund them, says communicate with customer then freezes where I cannot go any further.
I have not been able to log in for about a week I keep being told it'll be fixed in a few hours but the problem still is not fixed
Having a problem submitting my recients. It takes me 3 or more times for it to finally submit.
