On the Instacart shopper app, it is not allowing me to offer customer a replacement nor give a refund. Screen freezes after prompts to chat with customer.

On app it will not allow me to offer customer a replacement when an item is out of stock. It also won't let me refund them, says communicate with customer then freezes where I cannot go any further.
