Close and restart the Instacart Shopper app on iPhone
Update Instacart Shopper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Instacart Shopper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Instacart Shopper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Instacart Shopper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Instacart Shopper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Instacart Shopper » click [Force Stop]

Update Instacart Shopper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Instacart Shopper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Instacart Shopper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Instacart Shopper.

Fix Instacart Shopper unable to contact server/ Instacart Shopper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Instacart Shopper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Instacart Shopper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Instacart Shopper
