After the update recently, when going to the course tab on the Android app, it crashes. I cannot get to my classes.

Following an Android update, I can login to the mobile app but I'm unable to access anything when trying to click on the tabs etc.

Force Stop the Blackboard Learn App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Blackboard Learn app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Blackboard Learn to the latest version on PlayStore

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Blackboard Learn app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
