The app loads but when you select an activity it begins the say can’t access local server

How to fix HOMER app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HOMER app on iPhone
Update HOMER app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HOMER iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HOMER on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HOMER network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HOMER Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HOMER not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HOMER App
1. On android, goto Settings » HOMER » click [Force Stop]

Update HOMER to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HOMER App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HOMER » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HOMER.

Fix HOMER unable to contact server/ HOMER internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HOMER » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HOMER » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HOMER
