Babbel Status

Babble does not play audio. The error message that appears is “Allow Lesson Audio”. How is this resolved? The error sows on iPad and iPhone.

Babbel keeps repeating lesson 3 of course 4 in Newcomer A1

"Oops. Something went wrong message". Yes, I cleared the cache but still getting this message repeatedly. Help!

I'm learning g Spanish and I just finished my Newcomer 1 lesson. Why can't I download the Newcomer 2 lesson?

Babbel worked fine before I updated my iPhone! Now it won’t install 😡

Ipad app keeps crashing. Deleted the app twice and re-downloaded it, but it did not fix the problem. Latest IOS installed on ipad. Have no problem when I use the computer and sign in to my account. Problem started about 4 days ago. All other apps are stable on my ipad, which is fairly new (< 1 year old)

All I get is a blank screen and I have a years subscription. If I delete the app and reinstall, I will lose all the data and my position in the lessons. Please can you help

I had Babbel app on my previous Android phone and it worked fine. I got a new similar Android phone but now the touch screen will not respond in the Babbel app now. All other apps and touch screens work fine on this new phone - it's only the Babbel app that won't respond. I can't do my lessons now. this is very frustrating as it worked before and now it doesn't

Error page: oops, something went wrong. It won't let me enter the lesson.

When I use the app and complete a lesson my screen locks.

Whenever I use the app to go on zoom for a class because that's the only way to go on the class, you are in the waiting room but then u are kicked back to the app. Which makes no sense and then u try again and u are again right back on the app and u are not in the class. Can u pls @BABBEL FIX THIS PEOPLE SPEND HARD EARN MONEY AND ITS UNFAIR. DO SOMETHING... PROVIDE THE CODE AND PASSWORD FOR THE ZOOM THEN SO WE CAN GO ON IT BECAUSE ITS OBVIOUSLY NOT WORKING FROM THE APPPP

I have been trying forever to cancel my Babbel subscription. When I follow the steps and I am logged in to my account, it then tells me that There is no one with my email enrolled!! Then why is the money still being taken out of my account!!! Please help!!

Hi there - I'm trying to do my Spanish lessons and my iPhone can't connect to Babble - I've turned the phone off and it's still doesn't work when I switch it back on again. It's working on my laptop, which makes no sense as they're both using the same wifi! Please help. Thanks, L

Error message, can’t connect to Babbel

I just downloaded the app and started my subscription yesterday and I'm having issues with it already. On a certain part of both lessons seven and eight (Spanish), it crashes repeatedly. I followed all of the steps in the email response I received but no luck. Please help. Thanks!

Two times my app has stopped working on last exercise so I have to repeat 20 minutes of work. Please fix.
