I’m tired of using my card at a medical facility then having to send proof with a pic of an EOB to prove my payment. It was used at a medical office, figure it out! I shouldn’t have to look through EOB’s that show up a month or so later, figure out what charges apply and send off the proof to use money that is mine not yours! Again, the card was used at a medical office!

I’m usually understanding but after having multiple issues with claims being incorrectly denied, being told they were sorry but they had a lot of new staff and that it was fixed but it wasn’t, I stopped using my HRA funds for valid expenses. It became more of a hassle and took a lot of my time submitting documents that they couldn’t read correctly. I would even tell them in my notes exactly what to look at. If I had an option I’d use someone else but this is the only option my employer has.

Absolutely a pain, every time I use the card it is denied and I have to jump through hoops to have it approved. I don’t understand why I have a card at all if I have to submit documentation every time I use it , I could understand if you got a bill from the restaurant or bar. Once a year or less I have skin cancer screening every time it is denied. You can tell the charges are from medical facilities, there has to be a better way. The idea is great tax free, but the stress of using it may not be worth it.

Unbelievably disappointing to be denied reimbursements that were approved several times in the past. In addition, to be denied a claim because they couldn’t take the time to figure out what items were being requested for reimbursement. I’m not sure what happened to the previous employees that were working, but currently I’m disappointed with what is happening in the last month.

This company is just so difficult to work with they don’t not explain why they deny transactions. It’s such a guessing game sometimes when you use the card, the payments go through and they’re supported with no documentation and other times when you have plenty of documentation, they reject and deny the transaction making you jump through more hoops just to get the transaction approved

I am retired and earned HRA as a post separation benefit. They refuse to pay my healthcare costs - dental insurance premiums and accident insurance premiums. The account is not theirs to deny my legitimate healthcare costs, they must pay the claims but do not. From my experience this is a horrible company to do business with. I am meeting with an attorney to discuss the next steps to legally force them to pay claims (and my attorneys fees).

It’s my account why would I be defrauding myself?

It should show how much of the money you have in your account you have used for reimbursement and how much is left when filling out claims.

Get HRAgo. It’s easy to use and makes getting your supporting documents in for approval super easy.

I can not say enough good things about the HRA customer service folks. They are patient, kind, and helpful every time.

I have had a disputed charge (a fraudulent bill that I payed with my HRA card), a charge that was disputed by HRA as not being a covered device and several charges that I lacked documentation on. HRA Veba’s customer service has gone above and beyond to assist me on each and every one of these.

Does what it needs to do with no glitches that I’ve noticed for 5+ years.

The former HRA Viba provider was terrible. We are so happy our employer made the change as difficult as it probably was administratively.

HRAgo is excellent. It gives you the ability to check major components of your account.

It’s simple to submit claims right from your phone. I found they have excellent customer service. I thought this was going to be a bear to set up and use, but on the contrary it’s straight forward and easy to use.
