Inexperienced staff, careless and make frequent errors

I’m usually understanding but after having multiple issues with claims being incorrectly denied, being told they were sorry but they had a lot of new staff and that it was fixed but it wasn’t, I stopped using my HRA funds for valid expenses. It became more of a hassle and took a lot of my time submitting documents that they couldn’t read correctly. I would even tell them in my notes exactly what to look at. If I had an option I’d use someone else but this is the only option my employer has.

Absolutely a pain, every time I use the card it is denied and I have to jump through hoops to have it approved. I don’t understand why I have a card at all if I have to submit documentation every time I use it , I could understand if you got a bill from the restaurant or bar. Once a year or less I have skin cancer screening every time it is denied. You can tell the charges are from medical facilities, there has to be a better way. The idea is great tax free, but the stress of using it may not be worth it.

Unbelievably disappointing to be denied reimbursements that were approved several times in the past. In addition, to be denied a claim because they couldn’t take the time to figure out what items were being requested for reimbursement. I’m not sure what happened to the previous employees that were working, but currently I’m disappointed with what is happening in the last month.
