How to fix Onewheel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Onewheel app on iPhone
Update Onewheel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Onewheel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Onewheel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Onewheel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Onewheel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Onewheel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Onewheel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Onewheel » click [Force Stop]

Update Onewheel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Onewheel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Onewheel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Onewheel.

Fix Onewheel unable to contact server/ Onewheel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Onewheel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Onewheel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Onewheel
