Luminaid PackLite 16. According to red light it is charging, but will not turn on. I have two that I charge side by side and one will come on, the other will not. Thanks for any advise!

Close and restart the LuminAID app on iPhone
Update LuminAID app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve LuminAID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LuminAID app issues:

Force Stop the LuminAID App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LuminAID app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LuminAID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LuminAID App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LuminAID app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LuminAID.

Fix LuminAID unable to contact server/ LuminAID internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LuminAID » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LuminAID » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LuminAID on android.
