Luminaid PackLite 16. According to red light it is charging, but will not turn on. I have two that I charge side by side and one will come on, the other will not. Thanks for any advise!

How to fix LuminAID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LuminAID app on iPhone
Update LuminAID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LuminAID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LuminAID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LuminAID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LuminAID Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LuminAID not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LuminAID App
1. On android, goto Settings » LuminAID » click [Force Stop]

Update LuminAID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LuminAID App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LuminAID » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LuminAID.

Fix LuminAID unable to contact server/ LuminAID internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LuminAID » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LuminAID » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LuminAID
