Hi. There is no pop up from my MobyFace app when I chose the watch face that my son would like to install. Instead it just takes me to the mywatch app and tells me to message it to his watch- but there’s no way for me to send it in a message. Other times, when I try to set it it takes me to the my watch app and tells me to “pair” with his watch- but his watch is paired with mine. We bought the Flash band so, we got the access to the watch faces through scanning the included QR code. Please let me know if there is something I can do to make this work. Thank you.
