After multiple attempts to connect my MN 3347 spinwave to my network I was finally presented with the opportunity to choose a network and enter the password only to be told that my password was incorrect. Have used what I absolutely know to be the correct password on multiple attempts to connect to the network all of which ultimately came back to incorrect password message. Over the course of at least a week I have made numerous trys to get connected which ultimately ended up at the choose a network screen which was blank. Only today was I given the choice to choose a network and enter the password only to be told it was incorrect. Have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app before each attempt to connect. All other apps connected to internet and no problems. There's got to be a better way

Bissell connect app doesn't appear in my app store. Is there any other way? Use an iPhone. I reside in Kyiv, Ukraine. Thank you
