I cant create a custom mood for the beacon led strip
I have a couple of new A19 bulbs. The only problem is that when they turn on via the programmed routine they are always at the warmest (reddish) setting and I have to flip the switch to reset. I’ve tried many times in settings to have it come on at either last or preset settings , to no avail. Any suggestions ?
The app connects, won't let me change colors. When attempted, it says error, try again. Been like that for weeks. Can turn lights on and off.
App just spins and never loads to any control screen or plug
whenever i click on my smart bulbs in the app there’s a loading screen that pops up and loads for a few seconds and says that there’s a network connection error, but i can still turn my lights on and off with the app. my lights have also been connected to amazon alexa for months without issue until now where my alexa app says the device is unresponsive. i know that my internet connection is not the problem because every other device that uses the internet works perfectly.
Cannot access my cameras live view on the app, The app crashes and closes by itself. Notifications stopped but can view on alerts section. All permissions are granted still no luck

Can't change temperature on the smart shoplight. It is stuck on yellow which I can't stand. Tried everything.
I have several globe smart plugs ... up until 1 1/2 weeks ago everything was working fine.. google controlled them without problems. they have stoppped responding as they are offline... I have reconfigured the network many times .. they work for a short period then they go offline again... sometimes google can't control them but the app does ... sometimes .. neither will work... I have changed routers with no change. It is becoming very frustrating and am almost to the point of scrapping them ANY HELP?????
I cannot program the app. When I change the time and then go to change the cycle, the cycle will not go past 12 hours on cycle or 12 hours off cycle. The message reads. The total duration of the cycle unit should not be greater than the. total duration of the timing. so it won’t let you program the on cycle for any more than 12 hours.
Can I send my devices back for a refund? I have been losing my mind trying to get these god-foresaken devices to work. As soon as 1 starts to work, 3 more won't respond. Never again.
I bought a set of your 4 smartplugs and no amount of trying to connect works. My phone is connected to 2.4 and when I try to connect the plugs it just says connect to globesuites which I do but it says connected to device but not to network. I have tried using online help and videos and am about to give up and return the plugs. It shouldnt be this difficult... They are after all Smart Plugs !!! I have ensured that the light is flashing slowly in pair mode. Is the password for the globesuite the same as my internet password ? It tells me my internet is 5hz but it is dual and devices connect to either one. I have several smart devices set up with little trouble except for these. My iPhone 12 pro has it connected to two lamps one lamp works fine the other says off line and can't get it on line. My I watch 7 has it as well but now it says i am not logged in on global suite and tells me to log in on my iPhone but dont know how to log in on mu iPhone.
I'm trying to access the Globe Suite with 2 mobile devices. Only the first device that created the account is working. I reset the password with the second device and was able to login but now the first device won't login with with the same login name and password. What's going on?????
I set a vacation schedule (not a good name by the way, since it isn't just for vacations) to turn my Christmas lights on at a certain time, then off at a later time. The app is unable to follow the schedule - the lights can come on early or late, then turn off usually early. How can it be so hard to follow a simple schedule?

When I go and check my network connection, I get an “ unable to detect device” message. It paired just fine and said the device was added but it’s unable to detect it.. ( water detecting pod ).. Any help would be appreciated.

Cannot get the smart plug to connect with the app. I have tried 3 different plugs ( from my box of four) and the pairing failed with each! Looks like I have to return them to Costco.
I have been trying to connect smart bulb 3.0 A19 rgb tunable white bulbs for an hour. They won't connect. Tried easy pairing mode, couldn't discover (yes I'm on 2.4 ghz and yes my bluetooth is on and discoverable). Tried AP mode: lights flash slowly, connect to globe hotspot, not discovered. The bulbs eventually time out without connecting. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, same issue. Piece of junk.
I just moved and now I have a different wifi connection so I just had to reconnect each of my devices to the new router. First of all, my Globe Suite account will not connect to my Google Home app no matter what I do. I’ve done everything I have read online and nothing is working. My smart plug will also not connect to my Globe suite app on my phone anymore, I read that removing it and adding it would fix the problem but once I removed it I can’t get it back now. HELP
I can’t group my light bulbs in the app
Bulbs work, had them grouped together and they were working fine. Now suddenly the grouping doesn’t register. I can turn them on individually, but not as a group. I have tried deleting and readding the device, removing the group entirely and creating a new group. Nothing is working.
Earlier today 3 of my A19 Colors disconnected from the app for no clear reason (no power outages, router restarts, etc. which is typically what causes this error for me), and upon trying to reconnect them, I get CONSTANT errors, also for no clear reason. It keeps telling me the server is "busy", and then even if it DOES manage to pick up that there's bulbs in pairing mode, it immediately fails them. I've tried both automatic and manual pairing and the problem has stayed consistent. I have tried restarting the app, restarting the router, pairing in both modes multiple times, reinstalling the app, leaving them off for 10 minutes to see if they just needed a bit to restart, all to no avail. I really don't know what to do about this.
I am unable to download the Globe Suite app. I attempted using 2 different android phones and through both the app store and via an internet link.

I have 9 Globe Suite Bulbs in my apartment and trust me it was no easy task! After about a year I finally have them almost all working. I have 8 working and one that is being stubborn, the app see's it and grasps it but the bulb will not connect! Considering the amount of time I have invested in getting the smart bulbs to even work as a team..... I am still dissapointed! Instructions should be better, how to group right away and, well we know this list could go on forever..... but lets not & say we did! I just want the finishing touches of bulb #9 to shine bright right where I need it to. so help me please!
