I have tried multiple times over the past 24 hours to send money - transaction keeps getting DENIED on your side. My bank says there is no issue on their side and your customer service is helpless. You need to fix the issues - multiple cards, money is there - your site is the issue.

Everything was fine last night but this morning I was unable to open app. Just keeps going to a black screen. I have 2 inmates listed and sent pics to both last night and one disappeared and w had to re-enter per mobile link. I need the App back. Plz help?????
