I have contacted Fifth Third about this issue several times, several times, several times, for over a year.. It doesn't matter how many times I try to set the alerts for my credit cards or ATM, it will not set. I've done all the troubleshooting that can possibly be done on my end, I do think it is on the Fifth Third end. I even went to my Fifth Third Bank, who said it was being worked on, on your end, should be resolved in a coupIe of months, that's been over seven months ago, I would appreciate this being taken seriously and fixed, for it is a great thing to have for your credit cards. I even opened a new card in hopes that it would let me set my alerts, but it didn't work either, so when I took my trip out of the country I would not use my card. Seriously considering stop using my Fifth Third credit cards because of this issue, these are the only credit cards that won't alert me when I use them. Please take this issue seriously and fix this issue,
My 5/3rd app does not accept my p/w. I can use on line banking fine but I have external account to pay and it's set up in app.
I am unable to login on the app to check my accounts after even making a trip to the bank where I could login. I am frankly getting very frustrated about this problem!!!!
Can't cash checks on my phone or my wife's phone. Samsugn S8. I go through all the correct procedures and when I hit the final continue, it takes me back to Log In???
I went to deposit my Federal refund & my Android app tells me I need an update. When I go to update, Google Play tells me that this app will no longer work on my phone. I deleted the app & tried again...told me the same thing. I got out my backup phone & tried it & it tells me the same thing. Don't tell me I need to get a new phone just because of this app just to deposit checks remotely. It's easier to change banks than go thru the mess of a new phone. Maybe they should enable the website to accept deposits.

Since November I have been unable to access accounts periodically. This is just getting ridiculous.
I have been unable to make any mobile deposits since the update. I get the following error EVERY TIME: "The operation cannot be completed. (FTBCoreNetwork.URLSessionError 0.). When I contacted 5/3 by phone, I was advised that I could take my checks to the bank to be deposited. If that's the answer, what a step backwards! Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
Cannot deposit checks - does not recognize numbers in the amount field to fill out. Website support says my "fonts" are too big on my iphone and I need to change. Settings are 100% default and font is default. Their technical support has no clue what they are doing.
I am a Canadian customer and have had my account for 7 years. Now, due to some "authentication" issue with devices used by "international" clients, I haven't been able to login for almost 2 weeks. I'm getting nowhere with anyone from the bank. Can't wait to get to Florida and change banks!
DO yourself a favor and stop that obnoxious "5th 3rd better" ad until you actually are. I rely on online banking and login is a nightmare. Thanks.
Cannot log on for the last week
The new phone app insists on several steps of initial verification and ends up saying they still have a problem. I called Fifth Third about this, they recognize it's an issue and are working on it. But that was days ago. This should be an "all hands on deck" issue till it's fixed.

After multiple attempts to log in I called and was given a temp password, but it said it was invalid. Tied again the next day with the same results. At this point the bank should be working on this as it is really not my fault.
Login problems, login errors name or password invalid. Go to forgot user name enter all information requested comes up with username that I already entered, then enter password works fine. Reloaded app, turned off VPN, powered off phone, turned off Wi-Fi app still not working.
On the app trying to do a Balance Transfer it tells me I'm logged out. I've tried it online with a Macbook and it won't do anything when I clock "redeem". If I clear the cache it lets me get to the next screen to enter the CC numbers but then logs me out when I clock "next". Tried logging in from another computer and just on the login page I get "Oops, something went wrong. The page you are trying to access doesn't exist."
The app won't let me log into it. I log on several times a day sometimes and I have never changed my information such as username and/or password. But for some reason, today, it is telling me everything is invalid.
