Mobile app for account does not work on my iPhone. Keeps saying it needs java script; however, java script has been considered a severe security threat to Internet users for years. Do you have an alternative solution to this security risk of using the Spectrum Mobile app for my account on the iPhone?

Phone is stuck on Alarm page. No response to any commands. Cannot make or answer any calls or msgs. Completely useless st this point.

Spectrum mobile phone app has problems. Can’t pay internet bill.

Common dislikes about Spectrum app

- Takes you out of the app and loads the website to sign in there

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Spectrum app issues:

Force Stop the Spectrum App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Spectrum app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Spectrum to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spectrum App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Spectrum app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Spectrum.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Spectrum » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Spectrum » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
