How to fix Air India app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Air India app on iPhone
Update Air India app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Air India iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Air India on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Air India network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Air India Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Air India not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Air India App
1. On android, goto Settings » Air India » click [Force Stop]

Update Air India to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Air India App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Air India » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Air India.

Fix Air India unable to contact server/ Air India internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Air India » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Air India » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
