How to fix QuickEM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QuickEM app on iPhone
Update QuickEM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QuickEM iPhone app

Fix QuickEM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QuickEM network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix QuickEM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent QuickEM app issues:

Force Stop the QuickEM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QuickEM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QuickEM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QuickEM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QuickEM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QuickEM.

Fix QuickEM unable to contact server/ QuickEM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click QuickEM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got QuickEM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuickEM on android.
