When I try to create an account and go to the Terms and Conditions window, everything is non-readable gibberish.
App will not open with message " detected superuser apps". This is NOTa rooted phone. 🤬
No matter where I go for a 'secure connection' I cannot log in to my account to open my card. What is going on?!
I'm not getting a notification when my card id used. I've checked everything in the settings, and see no reason why it's not working.
Card Valet stopped sending texts notifications when my debit card is used. I tried logging in today to see what was going on. It says my user name and password can't be authenticated. I tried a few more times then selected "forgot user name". It asked for my card number. I used the camera feature and got "invalid card number". What is going on???!!!

I can’t log in. I tried forgot password and it shows my username is wrong so I try forgot username and my card information is not validated
Every time I’ve tried to login to the app for the last 4 weeks I get a notification saying “This App can no longer be used. For a brand new experience, please download the latest version of your mobile banking app, then select 'My Cards' again to continue managing your cards.” I cannot find any new updates available. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it multiple times, nothing is fixing the problem.

Can't access account. Can't log in at all. Says unable to authenticate account. Been using for years with no problems. Payday is tomorrow and my card is locked. Hope issues are fixed before then. On fixed income and only accessable to be able to use card when able to unlock card.
Tried to log in , first it said wrong password, then sent a code to log in, then still said wrong password, Now flashes close app, For 4 years I have had no issues, now my card is turned off, so I'll have to wait until Monday and hope the bank can help 😞😞
Spent a half hour trying to set up an account, kept saying "invalid username" no matter what I did. Nonexistent drop-down menu. Terribly coded app, looks like from 1999. Never got it to work.
Updated now I can't get in thos is frustrating!!!!
It simply will not open. It flashes a lot darker than usual, then in an instant, I'm back on my home page. Nothing but trouble with this app the last 2 weeks after 18 months of smooth operation.????
When I use the app it flashes and goes back to the home screen
App updated or something, logged me out of my account. I tried to log back in but said it could not authenticate and now my account is disabled.
