Hi! How can I sync my steps from Wearfit Pro app to Apple Health app? Or mb any same app on iPhone?

Wear fit pro the app is not showing watch faces and it's tell me that Your current network environment is not good, please check the network before use.

Hi, The app tells me to read the agreement ,I do but there's no button to agree that i did, I had no problem on my iphone 6s , I'm trying to install the app on my iphone xr, thanks

Hi, I have just bought a new wearfit pro watch,and connected to my iphone 11 according to instuctions.Every thing works fine except for the phone call function,I keep getting the notice "please pair watch call" which I have done several times which hasn't helped. I did a factory reset and reinstalled with the same results,how can I solve this problem? many thanks Alan

I mistakenly uninstalled the Wearfit Pro on my I- phone and I tried reinstalling it. However it is asking me to go through the agreement document and ageee before I can proceed. I have read the documents many times and cannot find the section relating to agreeing with the documents. Up till now I cannot use my watch since I can not synchronise it with my IPhone Please give me the way out of this problem. Thank you. Mathews.
