I can’t type it will not allow me to type like it froze up after I tried to decide what to name my shop and now I can’t name my shop anything I can’t type and I’m probably just gonna get rid of this app

I have been a 5 Miles user for a long time. For the past few weeks, there has been a problem. When I am in the app posting items or just looking at items for sale, an electronic game appears, full screen. I cannot delete it from my phone, so I have to turn my phone off, then on again. This is very annoying and disconcerting. And , this only happens on 5 Miles. How do I get rid of this problem?
