I recently bought my first pair of the Motif ANC. While trying to connect via the app, it isn't recognising or detecting my buds. Whereas, manually connecting via bluetooth does work but to customize the buds etc app rests in continuous search for the buds (but never discovers them). I tried factory reset as well but nothing worked so far to fix this issue. Any help in here? Thanks in advance :)!

Hello, I'm trying to connect my minor iii headphones to the app. The app finds the headphones, but tells me that it is necessary to update he firmware. After I authorize the update it freezes at the 1/3 transfering firmware so I'm unable to connect the device. What should I do?

hi, i have a marshall emberton 2 speaker . i downloaded the bluetooth app but cannot access the controls ? when it says ' add new device' , my speaker doesnt show ? i click on ' cant see your device ? ' and then compatible devices , and the emberton 2 is listed there , so cannot out figure why my speaker isnt showing ? regards NEIL

The connection is very bad, a lot of interference and loss of volume and a lot of static. Connected to Woburn II or Emberton. After deleting the app and connecting without it, problem seems to be solved.
