Volume window pops up without being requested

Hangs up almost immediately when trying to play a song

Playlists not being alphabetized

Can't pair by Bluetooth

Failed to authorize credentials

App has some very bad problems

Random interruptions

Impossible to connect 1 let alone both

Failed to authorize credentials and reset the password 3 times already

Can't get both to pair successfully to this horrible app

Will not (and my guess due to software) cannot properly or permanently connect to my network

Increasing number of poor reviews not encouraging the H/K team to develop an update to support

Hi there, I am able to connect to my HK speaker and control the speaker through apps like Spotify and calls, but I cannot, for the life of me, get the HK app itself to find and connect to the speaker. I have 'forgotten' the speaker on my phone, and reconnected Bluetooth but nothing works. I'd like to try toggle some settings and priorities on my speaker using the app and it's really frustrating not being able to access that functionality. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
