I ordered subway mistakingly at the wrong store. It was 3950 s las Vegas Blvd that the order went to. I tried to call the store number to cancel or find out what to do and the number listed is invalid. I got charged and lost my $4 in rewards. Can u help. I've tried several times to order on-line or in the app. It gives me the same message.... something went wrong. try again later. I'm ready to forget subway for good. Went to the store to try to purchase the BOGO in person and they said they could not do it. I see that there has been multiple problems. You are losing customers.

Ever since the new point system was enabled ~ 2 weeks ago, I am unable to redeem my points while making a purchase. This is on an Android. Steps: 1) Find a subway wrap. 2) Click on checkout. 3) continue. 4) Subway rewards say I can redeem $4 towards my purchase. However, I cant click redeem. It looks grayed and nothing happens.

Every time I try to place an online order using the promo codes that Subway is currently heavily advertising, either through the app or website, it gives me the same "Oops! Payment Failed: Please try again or use a different card" error message, and will NOT accept literally any form of payment I have tried - valid credit cards, debit cards, or even Subway gift cards. It it doesn't matter if I'm signed in to my account, or signed in as a guest, whether it's the online app or the website, whether it's my home or work IP address, absolutely NOTHING will allow the order to go through. This is not a one-time problem either, these sort of problems with the Subway app/website have been going on for well over a year. There is either a significant glitch/error with their website/payment software, or this is intentional. In which case, I feel it should be reported to the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for investigation. Clearly, this is a common and systemic issue that Subway has been made aware of and not addressed, so I can only wonder if they are intentionally doing this to refuse to allow people to use the promotions and deals that Subway has been offering.
Payment fails with all my cards and my cards are good, so frustrating I can never get the deals! What a waste of time!

Several times tonight I have tried to place a DELIVERY order through the Subway APP on my phone. I wanted to use the FLBOGO coupon, but I keep getting an error code, once made all my ingredient choices on my sandwich & pressed the button to add to my cart. The error messages I got were 1st, "Error - Generic Digital Order Error". When I pressed OK, the 2nd message was "Uh-oh! We are experiencing an issue processing your order. Please try again. If this issue persists, please sign out, sign back in and try again." I pressed "OK" and it took me back out to the menu. So, 1) I went through the same steps again, but again got the 2 error messages. Then 2) I logged out (as instructed) & logged back in, attempted to enter an item to order & the same 2 message again. And finally 3) I actually uninstalled the Subway App & reinstalled it. AGAIN attempted to enter an item to order & the same 2 messages came up again. Frustrated, I finally gave up. Can someone explain why I'm having such a problem with the Subway App &/or how to fix this for me?
When in the subway app on my iPhone I get an error trying to use code bogo50, but if I go through the internet the code applies just fine. I have deleted and re-added the app but get the same result. Any suggestions?

I just ordered 2 cookies from Subway using the app, it charged my Apple account but did not place the order. It also does not show the order in order history. Because I could show that my Apple pay account was charged by Subway a few minutes before and the exact amount, the cashier gave me the cookies. My concern is when I order sandwiches and this happens how can I correct the transaction? Either Subway will give me the order or reverse the transaction.
I ordered a sandwich for pickup on east coast after my flight at 12:30, but instead it sent the final confirmation for pick up at 3:30. No good for lunch!!. ALSO, your store selection on the problems routine causes it to lock. This is not ready for prime time. My order is 5a2e369d-62. The app has multiple issues other than this. Haven't been able to log in for over a month. If I click create an account or if I click login it is as if there is no button. Nothing happens. Continue as guest works but still frustrating. Cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled app, still the same Samsung 10
I am a FOOTLONG FRIDAY customer who wants the exact three subs every Every EVERY Friday but But BUT I continue to get charged for three (3) instead of two! My Subway store manager is GREAT and when I show her the receipt we are able to work thing out! why Why WHY do I seem to have this problem repeatedly Repeatedly REPEATEDLT???
Please, could you add marinara sauce to the sauces that you are able to get. I like sauce on my cheesesteak sandwich and every time I ask for it they look at me strange. Unable to log into app
The sub pass is not applying the 1/2 off deal. Very frustrating. I have spoken to our franchise and they are trying to figure out what is wrong.

Subway app will not allow me to submit order & the local store does NOT accept phone calls to place an order!
Every time I try to use one of your deals, I get turned down! Now it's the same old BS with Subway. Just tried 2 for 1 Friday and got the following. Sorry, qualifying items are missing to redeem this offer, or a better deal has been applied. I have an iPhone 13 I can install the subway app but when I try and login it times out I know the password and username are correct as it works on my wife’s iPhone
I was attempting to purchase a FOOTLONG sandwich (on the Subway mobile app- android). When it came time to pay I was waiting for a flag saying, " ORDER'S IN! " Instead, the message shows "Error: Sorry, qualifying items are missing to redeem this offer, OR A BETTER DEAL HAS BEEN APPLIED. (???)]] Whatever that meant. It sounds just plain bogus to me. (Any excuse why NOT to give the deal !?!?) It then went on to say, "Offers, discounts & promo codes cannot be combined. The best deal based on your order will be applied at checkout." All of these words are ambiguous, open-ended and non-committal. And the bottom line is you will NOT KNOW what you are getting NOR how much you're going to pay until you pull the trigger and pay it. [This is the whole reason we use TECH right? So we get a confirmation ahead of time and pay & just go pick it up????] Note: Yes I put FREEFOOTLONG in to the Promo code box. And, "NO", I was not attempting to combine deals or discounts.
When I open the app there is a Subway symbol that spins in the center of the screen. The app never loads to place an order.
