App says something went wrong
It has been extremely frustrating to use your service to transfer money to support my relatives in Nigeria. Previously, I could do it on any Browser. Lately, you ordered that transfers can only be done with an APP. I bought an iPad to enable it. It worked a very few times before it became inoperable. I called your service many times and when I was able to get through, was told you have issues with your Nigerian Agents, uninstall/install the App, etc., etc. Today, I was put on hold for hours despite a promise of 5 to 10 minutes wait time. I cant transfer any more. Icget message I have cancelled transaction or credit card has issue and to contact the bank.. there is no isdue with my credit card. I tried another card and same problem. the chat function is not working also. I will look for a different app to transfer. I managed 1 transfer but it didnt say worldremit on my bank account details. Is Worldremit having a problem??
