Trying to complete credit builder application for loan. When I get to the screen of the credit builder pledge, once I touch "I agree" the error message that pops up says "It's not you, it's the internet" But everything else works fine. I even clear the cache of the app with the force stop and storage clear options, but that didn't resolve the issue.

How to fix MoneyLion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MoneyLion app on iPhone
Update MoneyLion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MoneyLion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MoneyLion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MoneyLion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MoneyLion Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MoneyLion not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MoneyLion App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoneyLion » click [Force Stop]

Update MoneyLion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MoneyLion App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoneyLion » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoneyLion.

Fix MoneyLion unable to contact server/ MoneyLion internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoneyLion » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoneyLion » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MoneyLion
