No connection

Even after uninstalling the app, deleting it and reinstalling it again, the opening screen is frozen not allowing me to do anything within the app. Frustrating and now I am unsure how to access my money and cancel the app

I cannot transfer money from my rainy day savings into my checking account. I am unable to access any of my money.

I have downloaded the Oportun app but I cannot get it to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I will cancel my account if I am unable to get to my money.

It's not saving money like DIGIT was instead of 25$ a day its saving 25 cents or a fractional amount.....

I can now finally log in but it is only sometimes but what I noticed is it is not doing any saving at all it has been weeks since any money has been saved anyone else having this issue ??

I am unable to log in to Oportun. I have had this account for a few years now and I will close the account if I am unable to access my money that is saved. This is disappointing. I have an emergency account and can't reach my money in an emergency.

The app will not log in. I need to access money that is saved up..

I can not log in the circle just spins and spins. When I do get in it does not let me complete my action to withdraw funds. It is so frustrating. What is going on!! I was counting on a few extra bucks til payday. I am ready to close this account but not until I can get my cash out of it!

I can't get in app.. it sticks on the screen that says oportun.. can't go any further

I have been trying to open the app for the last two days and it will not let me. I log in and then the screen freezes. Very frustrating especially because I need to pull money.

The app will not let me withdraw anything unless I sign in through a computer and withdraw it that way. Any time I click on the "Emergency Fund" or " Rainy Day" they both turn my screen all white. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it 3 different times and even tried other options. Nothing works. Tired of dealing with this.

I too no longer am able to reconnect my bank to the app, frustrating.

Digit started having issues with connecting to my bank. Now, it's not allowing me to log in to reconnect which has really been of a disservice to me today being that I need some of my savings withdrawn.
