Remitly is not opening with biometrics or password.. It shows can't login right now.

My remitly app when I click send money it just goes to a white screen, if I access remitly website through the web browser no problem but the app has just ceased to work. I have deleted it and downloaded again, deleted cache etc but still the same, looks like loads of people have the same problem

Why my remitly app not working? It's showing white page and loading page. So I reinstalled but same error. It's like hang screen. I tryed to chat with customers care they told me its Mobil problem. But in my Mobil rest all apps are working besides remitly.
