My Check-A-Ticket won’t work.
I just replaced my iPhone 8+ with a iPhone 15 Pro Max. when I attempt to scan any ticket or scratcher it is out of focus enough to NOT be able to scan it. If I look at the barcode on the ticket and scratchers through the camera without using the app, it is crystal clear. Any ideas?
Every time I use the App says sorry error. What should I do to fix it?
Unable to download app on Apple iPhone 13 pro
iphone 14 pro max. Will not check tickets or use 2nd chance. Called Lottery help. Lady that answered said I needed to look at fix on Google. Fairly lousy customer service as since there seems to be on going problem
I am unable to scan the lottery ticket using iPhone 14 Pro. The CHECK-A-TICKET feature doesn't seem to capture the QR code.
Same here, I Phone 14 pro max, ticket checker won’t work..probably the phone. I don’t find it to be any better than my old phone. Pictures may be a little better but that’s it.
I have a new iphone 14 pro. The app does not scan lottery tickets (either second chance or draws). Please advise. None of the online solutions help. Apple says to contact you.

Have a new Iphone 14Pro and am now unable to scan tickets to check for potential winning numbers and cannot scan for second chance games. This seems to be a chronic problem from the comments above. I have removed the app from my phone and downloaded the app again on multiple occasions. Have also checked to be sure the setting allows for access to the camera. All appears to be in order with the camera. Is there a "fix" for this problem? At this point, I'm very frustrated!!
Impossible to scan accurately with iPhone 14 pro. App does not wraparound ticket. QR code. Each scan generates errors, making the check a ticket app useless! Please pursue fixing this issue as it will affect my purchasing any future lotto tickets!
Lottery app will not scan tickets on my iPhone 14 Pro. Please advise!!
Check-a-ticket doesn’t work on iPhone 14 Pro. When I get close enough to scan, the image is out of focus. Backing off the image is too small. Need an option to use zoom, so I can enlarge the image when far enough away to focus.
The "Check-a-ticket" is not working with my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. It does not read the scan code correctly or not at all. it constantly reports invalid ticket number. It generally puts the brackets on a small part of the code and jumps around like crazy while it tries.
When scanning second chance tickets, I get an error after scanning just 1 or two tickets saying they can’t read it, then it logs me out. I log back in and it still won’t scan the ticket without an error. A couple of hours later it works fine.
I have had problems with trying to scan my 2nd chance tickets or any tickets at all on several of my phone's and actually I'm quite frustrated with the situation I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but downloaded it from Play store and it logged in and attempted to scan the ticket and nothing happened I have looked online to try to find any solutions but have not found any.
When checking a ticket with the camera, the following message appears; No internet connection. Make sure your device is connected to a wi-fi or mobile network and try again.
Never scan a tucket without gettibg an error code
