I live in Waukesha (53186), but the app says I am not local enough to watch the game on the app. Incredibly frustrating.

Android OS 7.1.2 I am on my home WIFI with no issues. But to be sure I disconnected all the other devices in the house from WIFI When going to the already installed app, selecting Download for Android, I get to the Google Play Store then shortly after I get a message Web Page Not available The web page at (very long URL) Could not be loaded because net:: ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME So then went to the play store and searching packers mobile app. I get a message Looking for the Official Green Bay Packers? This app will not work on your device

Packers mobile app for transferring tickets is continuously saying "Connections Timeout - The request timed out". Using an Apple phone with established accounts for both the Packers and Ticketmaster.
