- The Funk Master Flex show sometimes offers irresponsible points of view to its heavily influenced audience.

- The app has ads that play over most of the show, cutting out prime segments.

- The app interface is never updated and a lot of news is old.

- On some days, the app plays a completely different show.

- Hot 97 has a problem with playing the same music playlist repeatedly.

To resolve HOT97 OFFICIAL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the HOT97 OFFICIAL App
1. On android, goto Settings » HOT97 OFFICIAL » click [Force Stop]

Clear HOT97 OFFICIAL App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HOT97 OFFICIAL » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HOT97 OFFICIAL.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HOT97 OFFICIAL » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HOT97 OFFICIAL » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HOT97 OFFICIAL
