The last month or two whenever I try to use my Exxon app to pay for gas. I cannot find any link or anywhere to actually pay for gas. It shows me rewards, it shows me how many stars I’ve earned. It shows me the location of the station. I’m at. It shows me everything except how to pay for gas. It does not show, the place where you put in which pump you’re at. Lots of selections at the bottom of the app that nothing about paying for gas if this continues, I will delete it and stop using Exxon. I use it because it’s convenient and my car is recommended to use Exxon but I will switch to someone else continues. I don’t know if this was a problem with an update iPhone, or an update of the app, but it’s very annoying and irritating.

The mobile app on my andorid phone has not worked for at least a year now. I stopped the app uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no success. I have uninstalled the old version, restarted the phone and installed the new app still not working. Now I go through a bunch of questions after logging in with my username and password. I get a number to verify the phone and then get an error message ER3. This is crazy that I'm still unable to login. Please HELP!!!!

This app has stopped showing my neighborhood station since the last update. Shows another station farther down the street but not the one closest to my home.. What's up ExxonMobil!?!?! PLEASE FIX THIS APP ASAP!! We've been using Exxon gas for over 50 years!!

Does not recognize the station I am at but did a week ago.

I updated the app and was at a station and it said I was 17 feet from station and did not have a means of paying using the app. I had to use the card to fill car with fuel…

App I have been using for years has not worked for over a month at Exxon Station Hwy 190, Covington, LA on my iPhone 13. Says "something happened, try again later". Most recently told me to scan the pic on pump. Still did not work. Great program with points, right? Can't ever access. Figures.....I worked for them (not my choice; I worked for Mobil, who was bought by Exxon). Talk about a gigantic bureaucratic organization. That's why this app does not work.....because employees are not empowered to fix the damn thing.

When I try to down load app from Google Play the only device shown is not available for download. Can I download to my Apple iPhone 6 or my Consumer Cellular Link II

I have never used gift card it 2years old is it still good gas station say it has a zero balance

app says “Something happened. Try again later.” This is a persistent problem over the last several months and had pushed me away from Exxon to other gas stations. I hope you’ll fix the issue soon.

Got a new iPhone 13 and now the app doesn’t detect the location at the station but it does from my home, which is 9 miles away. So now the app is unusable at the pump.

Stopped working weeks ago, same "Something happened" message as everyone else. Won't work on home wifi or at the pumps. Uninstalling/reinstalled didn't help. Card still works but if I can't access points, I just go where gas is cheapest now.

all of a sudden the app asked me to provide a password. when I try to "get temp password" it does not work when I enter on app. I deleted the App then reinstalled on iPhone 10 but did not help

when I try to use the app to purchase fuel it wont accept the exxon gas card but the physical gas card works so I know its not the card

I keep getting the same message: "! Something happened. An error occurred. Please try again later."

I think I may of found a loophole… take a screenshot of the bar code to use points before stepping out of home. Then use the screenshot to have it scanned for redemption of points when you’re at the pump/gas station. Something fishy about how the app never works (“Something Went Wrong”) when trying to use AT gas station but works everywhere else except the Exxon gas station.

“something happened” error message when only cellular service available (as when trying to authorize a pump for gasoline purchase). App operates nominally when on WiFi (Cellular service only at the MobilMart On-the-Run).

App not working a the moment. I love this app when it was working, but now its frustrating to have to go into the store, wait on line and estimate how much gas I need...

Have been trying to use for some time now. It keeps giving me the same error “Something went wrong”

App is not working unless on WiFi and normally no stores offer or have WiFi available. I have given up and have been going elsewhere for gas as its not in my best interest to hope it works nor can I get rewards if it doesn't work. Have since been buying gas from Walmart (Murphy's) as the cheaper alternative

I followed the recommended steps of uninstalling, restarting phone and re-installing app. I still have the “Something Happened” error.

We have had problems using the app since my husband updated the payment method in March. Now the app is working for my husband but I get an error message every time I try to use app to buy gas.

App would not work. Get error message everyone else gets. I rebooted my phone and it worked. Not sure why this continues to be an issue. This has happened before but never tried rebooting. Should not have to reboot for app to work. Fix EM you have $$$$$.

Exxon Mobil Rewards App has stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled on iPhone and still will not connect. Error message: "Something happened - an error occurred. Please try again later. I cannot use at the gas pumps anymore.

Having thecsame issue as others have reported here. The app only seems to work when I'm connected to my home wifi, which is very strange. Doesn't work via cellular data at any stations. When I finally DID get it to work the receipt said I saved .10 cents/gallon, however the price didn't reflect that, they essentially gave me the cash price for using my rewards card. ExxonMobil fix your damn system; gas prices and your profits are exuberantly high and you can't make the app work properly... WTF??

Exxon mobile app will not work using cellular data. It does appear to work using WI-FI which is completely useless for me as I don’t have access to Wi-Fi at the gas station.

App is not working on the phone at any station. We got $50 in gas yesterday in one car and not only did the app not work, the rewards number didn’t either. So we missed double points for AARP day. Today we wanted to take advantage of the 4x offer before 10am and the app didn’t work again. By the time we got home to get the actual card we had missed the deadline which we would have gotten 4x on $65! This app needs to get back up and running. We lost a lot of points due to the app not working.

3 of my family members have the app and we have been having problems with the app for over a week. We have all tried uninstalling/reinstalling and the app does not work at any station. It appears to be working at home while on Wifi, but it says, "something went wrong" while at the gas station.

Android user, reinstalled twice, just get " Something has happened " error message when attempting to log in. 05-22-2022

The app has not been working for me for at least one month. It constantly states that something has happened.

As of 5/21/22 same login and “some thing went wrong” message as everyone else.

Every time I use the app I get the message something went wrong. I know my password and email are correct but I changed the password anyway and it still won’t work. Guess I will be using my Amoco/BP app!!

Cannot login to app

App will not accept my email address and password. Customer Service has verified that my email is correct and we have tried both reinstalling the app and changing password, and it still does not work. This has been an ongoing issue for the last three weeks.

Points are not adding when I fill up

I open app at station enter my code and pump number I get error message and won't complete, pumps do not have qr code to scan so I have to use card, I reinstalled app same issue
