App won’t let me modify schedule times
Cannot set time on schedule
Rheem EcoNet app does not hold and maintain my selection. For example, i put my Rheem Water Heater in "I'm Away" mode. Some time later, when I check the app again the water heater is back in "I'm Home" mode. Same happens if I set a vacation schedule. I bought the Rheem Water Heater so I could control the unit with an app rather than manually switching the breaker off when I'm away.
software no longer displays use history. Why? software displayed condensate blockage and then disappeared. It now reads no alerts. Home page shows "Available Hot water EMPTY" I deactivated and waited 2 minutes and then reactivated Still EMPTY but compressor is working and plenty of hot water. I tried re-loading the software and got the same results
As most have verified by numerous complaints beyond reason, your app is junk...
Econet app stopped working it says "disconnected". I uninstalled and reinstalled the app now I can't get into the app with my account I get an "Error while fetching cloud 2 user". The thermostat says "server connection failure". Unable to connect and customer service doesn't answer the phone. Please respond.
